RADAR is Design Architect for 38 new small lot houses in the northeast Los Angeles neighborhood of Eagle Rock, California, recently named one of America’s hottest neighborhoods by the NY Times. Working in collaboration with AOR KTGY and SALT Landscape Architects, our design stresses the importance of shared, comfortable outdoor areas for building community, taking inspiration from the Dutch concept of woonerf or “living street.”
