At Grand Central Market in Downtown LA, DTLA Cheese is a full-service cheese counter and eatery designed in collaboration with Jessica Fleischmann of still room. This modestly scaled but complex project installed the first all-new commercial kitchen into this Nationally-Registered Historic market in decades. Read more about it in the LA Times.
