RADAR is proud to have created fully coordinated, pre-reviewed, permit-ready ADU Standard Plan sets for property owners in the rural Northern California County of El Dorado. The program for the design was derived from local market research and data analysis by our colleagues at Placeworks. The resulting 1,000 sqft 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit can be delivered in two styles: Cabin Rustic and Mountain Modern. It’s a flexible unit, highly energy-efficient unit that is not site-specific and takes into account the region's propensity to wildfires and snow loads. Distributed to the public for no charge.
