Comprehensive renovations and re-envisioning of the entry plaza and lobbies of twin modernist towers designed by Charles Luckman.
The project seeks to return the aging interiors to a level of glamorous mid-century style with a contemporary, mannerist nod. The lobbies will be outfitted in burled wood veneer, terrazzo, travertine and period appropriate furnishing, with custom carpets, minimal reception desks and sculptural lighting. The building entrances are clarified and refined into more functional and elegant promenades, devised to cater to design-savvy tenants.
