Department of Transportation
People St was an innovative program through which communities transformed underused areas of LA’s largest public asset—7,500 miles of city streets—into active, vibrant, and accessible public space. People St is a program of the City of Los Angeles Department of Transportation (LADOT) in collaboration with the City of Los Angeles Departments of Public Works and City Planning, the Office of Mayor Eric Garcetti, and the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro). RADAR provided Program Management services, including reviewing applications from future community partners, fielding questions from the public, graphic design, and promotion.
