Supreme Sunset Blvd

2023
TYPE: Commercial T/I
CLIENT: Chapter 4
SIZE: 8,000 sqft
COLLABORATORS: Brinkworth, Neil Logan Architect, Simparch, Brandow & Johnston, REX Engineering
In the former location of Tower Records, the roughly 8,000 sqft space features a sculptural skate bowl element that spans 40 feet and required raising the roof. Supreme's signature minimalist interiors mask the complexity of the core and shell retrofit and the structural gymnastics of the floating bowl.

The Supreme team reached out to Rachel Allen and RADAR to be the Executive Architect of their new home on iconic Sunset Blvd. eighteen years after our work on the original flagship store on Fairfax.

The collaborative team also included Brinkworth, the Wilson Brothers, Neil Logan, Architect, Steve Badgett of Simparch, and SALT Landscape Architects. Engineering was provided by Murphy Burr Curry, Inc, Endrestudio, Brandow & Johnston, and Rex Engineering. Lighting design by Scott Johnson of Wolcott.
